In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage for which PROMPT APPAREL LA West Coast Warehouse, 19516 S. Susana Rd. Rancho Dominguez, Ca 90221, County of Los Angeles is entitled to a lien as warehouseman on goods hereinafter described and due notice having been given to parties known to claim an interest therein and time specified in such notice for such notice for such payment of such having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction by competitive bidding at PROMPT APPAREL LA West Coast Warehouse, 19516 S. Susana Rd. Rancho Dominguez, Ca 90221, County of Los Angeles on the 27nd day of April 2010 at 1:00 P.M. Should it be impossible to sell all the lots on the above date, the sale will be continued until all lots are sold.

The following items to be sold consist of (174) Pallets of inventory (Apparel pants and skirts) as per warehouse inventory stored by the following parties at PROMPT APPAREL LA (West Coast Warehouse) 19516 S. Susana Rd., Rancho Dominguez, CA 90221
