Notice of Sale of Unpaid Storage and Transportation Charges 

In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage for which Beverly Hills Transfer & Storage, 15500 South Main Street, Gardena, California 90248 is entitled to a lien as warehouseman on goods hereinafter described and due notice having been given to parties known to claim an interest therein and time specified in such notice for such notice for such payment of such having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction by competitive bidding at Beverly Hills Transfer & Storage, 15500 South Main Street, Gardena, California 90248 County of Los Angeles on the 28th day of March 2009 at 11:00 A.M. Should it be impossible to sell all the lots on the above date, the sale will be continued until all lots are sold.  The following items to be sold consist of general household goods and personal effects as per warehouse inventory stored by the following parties at Beverly Hills Transfer & Storage, 15500 South Main Street, Gardena, California 90248
