Notice of Sale of Unpaid Storage and Transportation Charges

In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage for which North American Movers Inc., 8943 Oso Ave # C, Chatsworth, CA 91311 County of Los Angeles is entitled to a lien as warehouseman on goods hereinafter described and due notice having been given to parties known to claim an interest therein and time specified in such notice for such notice for such payment of such having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction by competitive bidding at North American Movers Inc., 8943 Oso Ave # C, Chatsworth, CA 91311 County of Los Angeles on the 15^th day of March 2009 at 11:00 A.M. Should it be impossible to sell all the lots on the above date, the sale will be continued until all lots are sold.
