Notice of Sale of Unpaid Storage and Transportation Charges In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage for Pacific Island Logistics is entitled to a lien as warehouseman on goods hereinafter described and due notice having been given to parties known to claim an interest therein and time specified in such notice for such notice for such payment of such having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction by competitive bidding at Pacific Island Logistics, 7139 Vineland Avenue., North Hollywood, California, 91605 County of Los Angeles on the 27th day of January 2011 at 1:00 P.M.
