Notice of Sale of Unpaid Storage and Transportation Charges

In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage for which IncPacific Moving & Storage, 523 North Hunter Street, Stockton, California 95201, County of San Joaquin is entitled to a lien as warehouseman on goods hereinafter described and due notice having been given to parties known to claim an interest therein and time specified in such notice for such notice for such payment of such having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction by competitive bidding at Pacific Moving & Storage, 607 Carlton Avenue
#B, Stockton, California 95203 County of San Joaquin on the 6^th day of December 2010 at 10:00 A.M. Should it be impossible to sell all the lots on the above date, the sale will be continued until all lots are sold.
