In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage for which National Transfer & Storage, dba Olsen & Fielding Moving Service, Inc.Agent for Mayflower Transit, 6350 Sky Creek Drive, Suite 600

Sacramento, CA 95828, County of  Sacramento and  Capital Relocation, Inc.Agent for Mayflower Transit, 6350 Sky Creek Drive, Suite 500 Sacramento, CA 95828 County of  Sacramento is entitled to a lien as warehouseman on goods hereinafter described and due notice having been given to parties known to claim an interest therein and time specified in such notice for such notice for such payment of such having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction by competitive bidding at Joyce Moving and Storage, Inc. 5901 88th Street, Suite A, Sacramento, CA 95828-1111, County of Los Sacramento on the 25^th day of January 2010 at 10:00 A.M. Should it be impossible to sell all the lots on the above date, the sale will be continued until all lots are sold.
